VASTRAPUR’S DOG PETTING CENTRE IS STEALING OUR HEARTS
You can always feel the inbuilt connection with the dogs. If you are a dog lover then they definitely change your sad expressions to happy in a fraction of seconds. To promote this activity an engineering student Mitanshu Chudasama launched a dog petting center in Vastrapur- which is quickly becoming the talk of the town. This center is run in a rented apartment with all the permissions required. This petting center has various breeds like Siberian Husky, Chow Chow, Labrador, Golden Retriever, Dalmatian, Shih Tzu and Beagle. The visitors here are charged Rs 150 during the weekdays and Rs 180 during the weekends for every hour they spent there. This center opens at 10:30 a.m. and closes at 8:30 p.m. – with a two-hour afternoon break.
The main attraction of this center is the Siberian Husky named Snow. Whenever a visitor approaches him, it would try to sneak away. But the caretakers bring it close to the visitors. During the first meet Snow is not comfortable with the visitors but if you visit the place many times then he would get along with you.
The center does not allow kids below 14 years of age to go near the pets without the supervision of an adult. Mitanshu the owner of the pet center says that the dogs here are properly vaccinated and are trained by a freelance trainer for about 30 to 40 minutes a day. They are trained in such a way so that they can provide love, comfort and affection to those who need. If you are feeling low or have some kind of stress in your life just visit this center and spend some time with furry buddies to relax.
